Payment Guidelines

At Sri Vasavi Honda, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, transparent, and convenient payment experience. Please read the following payment guidelines before making any payment towards vehicle booking, purchase, service, accessories, or other services.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through authorised payment methods, subject to availability at the respective Sri Vasavi Honda dealership:

• UPI

• Debit Cards

• Credit Cards

• Net Banking

• Bank Transfer

• Demand Draft

• Other authorised digital payment methods

Cash payments, where accepted, will be subject to applicable laws, limits, and dealership policies.

Vehicle Booking Payments

Customers may be required to pay a booking amount to reserve a Honda two-wheeler.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by Sri Vasavi Honda.

Payment of a booking amount does not necessarily guarantee immediate vehicle availability, colour, variant, price, or delivery date. These are subject to stock availability and confirmation from the dealership.

Vehicle Purchase Payments

The final amount payable for a vehicle may include:

• Ex-showroom price

• Registration/RTO charges

• Insurance

• Accessories selected by the customer

• Extended warranty or other optional services

• Other applicable charges

Customers are advised to verify the final quotation and payment details with an authorised Sri Vasavi Honda representative before making the full payment.

Price Changes

Vehicle prices, taxes, registration charges, insurance premiums, offers, and other applicable charges may change from time to time.

The final applicable price will be communicated and confirmed by the dealership at the time of invoicing/delivery, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Online Payments

When making an online payment, customers should ensure that the payment is made only through payment links, QR codes, bank accounts, or payment gateways officially authorised by Sri Vasavi Honda.

Please verify the dealership details before completing any transaction.

Sri Vasavi Honda will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised individuals, personal accounts, fraudulent links, or unofficial payment channels.

Payment Confirmation

After completing a payment, customers should retain the transaction receipt, reference number, UPI transaction ID, bank acknowledgement, or other proof of payment.

Payment confirmation may be subject to successful verification and settlement of the transaction.

Failed or Pending Transactions

If an online payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please contact your bank or payment service provider and notify Sri Vasavi Honda with the relevant transaction details.

Any refund for a failed or duplicate transaction will be processed after verification and in accordance with the applicable bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility for vehicle bookings or other payments will be subject to the applicable dealership policy, booking terms, vehicle status, and any charges already incurred.

Approved refunds will be processed through an appropriate payment method after verification.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method used.

Finance Payments

Where customers purchase a vehicle through financing, loan approval, down payment, EMI, interest rates, documentation, and other finance-related terms will be governed by the respective bank or finance institution.

Sri Vasavi Honda does not guarantee approval of any vehicle loan or financing facility.

Important Payment Safety

Customers are advised to:

• Make payments only through authorised Sri Vasavi Honda payment channels.

• Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, passwords, or banking credentials with anyone.

• Verify payment details before transferring money.

• Request an official receipt for payments made to the dealership.

• Immediately report any suspicious payment request claiming to represent Sri Vasavi Honda.
